It’s also about suspending the intake of oxygen in creative ways that are hot, sexy, edgy, and can be another tool in your multidimensional kink toolkit. It is crucial that breath players understand the importance of safety in this special kind of play.
Taught virtually by DommeJez, a registered nurse with over 25 years of experience, class participants will learn basic information and skills that will focus on safety, fun and excitement that they can use as a platform to build their own creative breath play experiences in an interactive and dynamic manner.
The class participants will learn the following:
-Basic anatomy of the head, neck and chest
-The dangers of breath play and how to minimize the risk
-Safer and creative breath play techniques
-What to do in an emergency situation when things do not go as planned
-Differences in types of oxygen deprivation (blood deprivation vs air/oxygen deprivation)
